Common questions
What does it cost?
Each app shows its price before you run it: 25¢ to check a claim's money, build a material order, write a homeowner guide or build a depreciation release, 50¢ for a storm damage report, and $1 to read a scope or denial letter, build a supplement or find storm reports. New accounts get $10 in free credits. There are no monthly fees.
Can it read an Xactimate estimate?
Yes. Upload the adjuster's estimate as a PDF or photos. Storm Scope Reader lists every line by trade, works out the first check, depreciation and deductible, checks the math, and lists commonly missed items like drip edge, starter and ice and water barrier.
Does it write supplements?
Storm Supplement compares your roof measurements to the adjuster's scope, shows every item that's short and by how much, and writes a polite, factual supplement request to send with your photos.
Where do the storm reports come from?
Storm Date Finder searches public reports from NOAA's Storm Prediction Center, the NOAA Storm Events Database, National Weather Service offices and local news, with a link to each source. If nothing turns up, you aren't charged.
Is the math done by AI?
No. The AI reads the paperwork and writes the letters. Every check amount, depreciation figure, quantity short and material count is worked out by the app, so you can check it.
