How it works
For roofing contractors who inspect after a storm and need a professional report for the homeowner and the insurance adjuster. Enter the property, homeowner, date of loss and inspection date, and type your notes the way you took them on the roof (“north slope 10x10 test square 11 hits, bruising and granule loss; south 4 hits; gutters dented on the front; AC fins damaged; window wraps dented”), and add a photo or a PDF of your photos if you like. Storm Damage Report turns it into a clean, printable report with your business name: the roof (shingle type, age, layers, pitch), each slope with its hail hits per test square, what was found and how severe, the collateral damage on gutters, vents, siding, screens, AC units and fences that helps show hail size and direction, a short summary, your recommendation as you stated it, photo captions and a signature line. The app averages the hits per test square and shows the slopes with the most damage. It never invents damage or counts, and the adjuster decides coverage.
