How it works
For roofing contractors who know the adjuster missed something and hate writing supplements. Upload the adjuster's estimate and enter your measurements from the roof report or your tape: squares, waste, eaves, rakes, ridges, hips and valleys, pipe jacks and vents, rows of ice and water barrier, pitch, stories and layers, plus notes on anything else you found. The app works out what the roof needs in the units scopes use (squares, linear feet, square feet and each): shingles with waste, starter strip, drip edge, hip and ridge cap, ice and water barrier, underlayment, pipe jacks and vents. Storm Supplement finds what the scope pays for each one and shows every item that's short and by how much. It also lists other items your notes support, like steep and high roof charges, additional layer removal, detach and reset of a satellite dish and permits, each with a one sentence reason. Then it writes a polite, factual supplement request to the adjuster with the claim number, each item and quantity, and a note that photos and measurements are attached.
It compares your measurements to the scope. The insurer decides what it approves.
