How it works
For roofing contractors finishing an insurance job and waiting on the last check. Enter the claim's replacement cost (RCV), approved supplements, the recoverable depreciation held back, any depreciation that isn't recoverable, the deductible, what insurance has paid so far, upgrades the homeowner chose, and a few words on the work you completed. Storm Depreciation Release works out what's due from insurance and what the homeowner still owes (the deductible and any extras), and checks that what insurance owes matches the depreciation and supplements. It builds a clean final invoice with your business name, the work completed and the numbers, a certificate of completion for the homeowner and you to sign, and a short cover letter asking the adjuster to release the recoverable depreciation. Print it or save it as a PDF and send it with your photos. It never suggests waiving the deductible; the math is done by the app, not guessed.
