How it works
For roofing contractors and homeowners who just got a no on a hail or wind claim. Upload the insurance company's denial or partial denial letter as a PDF or photo, or paste the text, and add what you found on the roof. Storm Denial Reader explains the decision in plain English: denied, partly denied, or below the deductible. It lists every reason the insurer gave in plain words alongside the letter's own wording and the policy section quoted, like wear and tear, no storm damage found, or damage from before the policy. The app turns every deadline in the letter into a date with the days left, whether it's to request a reinspection, send more information, invoke appraisal or file suit. You get the realistic next steps, such as a reinspection with you on the roof, sending photos and a storm report for the date of loss, appraisal if the policy has it, or a complaint to the state insurance department, plus a short, polite reinspection request ready to send the adjuster. It explains the letter; it isn't legal advice.
It explains the letter; it isn't legal advice. For a large or disputed claim, talk with a licensed public adjuster or attorney.
