How it works
For owner operators, hotshot and box truck owners, and small fleets who don't have time to read three pages of fine print before they hit the road. Upload the rate confirmation the broker sent as a PDF or a photo, or paste the text. Haul Rate Con Reader lays out the load in plain English: the broker and their MC number, the load number, every pickup and delivery with its date and appointment window, the equipment, commodity and weight, and every pay line (linehaul, fuel surcharge, extra stops) with the total and your rate per mile. It pulls out the terms that decide whether you get paid fairly: the payment terms and quick pay fee, the paperwork they want and when, detention free time and hourly rate, layover, truck ordered not used (TONU) and lumper terms. Every fine and chargeback in the rate con (late delivery, missed tracking, no show) is listed with its amount, along with the rules the driver has to follow. You also get a short list of anything worth a closer look before you sign, like no detention pay or fines tied to a tracking app. It reports what the rate con says; it isn't legal advice.
