How it works

For owner operators leased onto a carrier, and anyone who gets paid by settlement statement or broker remittance. Upload the settlement as a PDF or photo, or paste it, and if you like, type what each load should have paid from your rate cons (“4417 $2,850, 4421 $1,900”). Haul Settlement Checker lists every load on the statement with its linehaul, fuel surcharge and accessorials, and every deduction as its own line: fuel advances and fuel card, escrow, insurance, occupational accident, ELD, trailer rent, plates, factoring fees and the rest. Then it checks the math with a calculator, not a guess: each load's lines against its total, the loads against the gross, the deductions against their total, and gross minus deductions against your net pay. Any load paid less than your rate con said, or missing from the statement, is flagged with the dollar difference. You see your gross, total deductions, what share of your gross went to deductions, and your net pay at a glance, so you know exactly what to ask the carrier about.
