How it works

For truckers who sat at a shipper or receiver and want to get paid for it. Type your times the way you'd text them (“Tyson Springdale arrived 6:10am left 11:45am, Walmart DC Bentonville in 3:20pm out 8:05pm”) along with the load number, the broker, your detention rate and free time from the rate con, and any lumper fee you paid. Haul Detention Invoice works out the time on site at every stop, takes off the free time (two hours unless you change it), rounds up to the quarter hour, and multiplies by your hourly rate, so the math is right and easy for the broker to check. Overnight stays past midnight are handled. You get a clean detention invoice with your business details, each stop's check in and check out times, the billable hours and dollars, the lumper reimbursement and the total, ready to print or save as a PDF, plus a short message to send the broker with your signed BOL. Any missing time is flagged instead of guessed.
