How it works
For owner operators and small fleet owners who don't want a missed renewal to park the truck. Enter your USDOT number, whether you run under your own authority or leased onto a carrier, and your truck's weight, then type your own dates the way you'd text them (“med card expires 3/14/2027, CDL 8/2029, annual inspection done 5/12, IRP plates expire 6/30, insurance renews 9/1”). Haul Compliance Calendar works out the federal deadlines for you: the Form 2290 heavy vehicle use tax due August 31, UCR registration due December 31, your next IFTA quarterly return and your IFTA license and decal renewal, and your MCS-150 biennial update month and year from the last two digits of your USDOT number. It adds your medical card, CDL, IRP apportioned plates, insurance, the annual DOT inspection (12 months from the last one), the Clearinghouse annual query and state permits like New Mexico, Oregon, Kentucky and New York weight distance. Everything is sorted by date with a countdown and marked overdue, due soon or OK, and one tap adds them all to your phone's calendar with a two week reminder. The dates are worked out by the app, not guessed.
Federal due dates follow FMCSA and IRS rules; your base state may set others. Check with the agency if you're not sure.
