How it works
For owner operators, hotshot and box truck drivers, and small fleets who sign a bill of lading at every pickup and need a clean proof of delivery (POD) to get paid. Take a photo of the BOL before you sign it, or of the signed POD after you deliver, and if you like, enter the piece count, weight and seal number you expect from the rate con. Haul BOL Reader reads the shipper and consignee, the BOL, PRO and PO numbers, every freight line with its pieces, weight and hazmat marks, the seal numbers, and any in and out times written on it. Then it checks what costs truckers money: piece counts and weight that don't match, a seal number that's wrong or noted as broken, missing shipper, driver or receiver signatures, a POD with no delivery date, and every exception written on the paperwork, like damaged, short, refused, “subject to count” or “shipper load and count.” The counts are added up by the app, not guessed. At 25¢ a check, run it on every load so a bad POD doesn't hold up your pay.
