Common questions
What does it cost?
Logging cleans, keeping your clients and the profit view in the Clean Log are free. A report card for the client is 10¢ and a weekly or monthly bill is 25¢. The cleaning quote and stain helper are 25¢ each, and the checklist builder and client messages are 10¢. New accounts get $10 in free credits. There are no monthly fees.
Does it replace my booking or payment app?
No, and it doesn't try to. Keep taking bookings and payments the way you do now. Clean Log handles what those apps make hard: a checklist at every house, proof of the work for the client, a clean bill, and knowing which clients are worth keeping.
Are my before and after photos uploaded?
No. The photos you add to a report card are put into the picture on your own phone and are never uploaded or saved. Only the words of the report and your checklist are saved to your account.
Does the Clean Log track where I go?
No. It saves your location once when you tap Start and once when you tap Stop, as a record that you were at the house. It doesn't follow you the rest of the time.
Is the math done by AI?
No. The AI reads photos and writes the words. Every price, hour, bill total and profit figure is worked out by the app from your own rates, which are remembered on your device.
