How it works
For house cleaners pricing a new client. Enter the square feet (or just the bedrooms and bathrooms), pick the type of clean (standard, deep, move-in or move-out, Airbnb turnover or post-construction) and pets, and add photos of the kitchen and bathrooms so the app can judge how much work it is, or pick it yourself. Type what the customer asked for (“inside the oven and fridge, two loads of laundry”). Cleaning Quote works out the cleaner-hours from your cleaning speed, stretches them for a deep or move-out clean, a dirty home and pets, prices them at your hourly rate with your minimum, adds your add-on prices (and leaves off the ones a move-out already covers), and shows how long your crew will be on site. For standard and deep cleans it prices weekly, every other week and monthly visits with your discounts. It also lists what's included, questions to ask before booking and anything you shouldn't take on. Your rates are remembered on your device.
