How it works
For house cleaners facing a mark they're not sure about. Take a photo of the stain, ring or dull spot, pick the surface if you know it (granite, marble, a glass cooktop, a fiberglass tub, hardwood, carpet...) and say what you've tried. Stain & Surface Helper tells you what it most likely is and how sure it is, gives steps from the gentlest up using common cleaning supplies, lists what never to use on that surface, and tells you when it's damage like etching or a burn that cleaning can't fix, or a job for a stone, carpet or mold specialist. It writes a short note for the client so you aren't blamed for a mark that was already there.
Always test in a hidden spot first. Never mix bleach with ammonia, vinegar or other cleaners.
