How it works

For remodelers and builders who want to get paid as the work gets done, not at the end. Enter the contract price, the deposit percent and any retainage the owner holds back, and list your milestones the way you'd write them (“demo done 15%, rough ins inspected 30%, drywall hung 25%, cabinets set 20%, final walkthrough 10%”), by percent or by dollars. Remodel Draw Schedule works out every payment: the deposit, each draw's amount, the retainage held from it, what's due, the retainage released at final completion, and the running total paid. If the milestones don't add up to the contract, the last one is adjusted and you're told. You get a clean, printable schedule with your business name, the payment terms and signature lines, ready to attach to the contract.
