How it works
For remodelers and contractors who lose money on changes that never get written down. Enter the original contract amount and any earlier change orders, describe the change the way you'd say it (“owner wants quartz instead of laminate, 42 sq ft at $85, less the $1,200 laminate credit; adds 3 days”), and the reason. Remodel Change Order writes a clean, printable change order with your business name and a number: the reason, every priced line (credits included), the scope of what's included and excluded, and signature lines for the owner and you. The app works out the change amount, the new contract total after this and earlier changes, and the days added to the schedule. Anything missing, like an item with no price, is flagged before you send it.
