Common questions

What does it cost?

Each app shows its price per task before you run it, from 10ยข to sort a receipt, 50ยข for a herd book update and $1 for a ticket or invoice, up to $10 for a lease review. New accounts get $5 in free credits. There are no monthly fees.

Do you keep my tickets and leases?

No. The document you upload is sent to our AI provider to read, and you get the results on screen. We don't save the document itself. See our Privacy Policy.

Is this tax or legal advice?

No. The receipt sorter uses the expense lines on the IRS Schedule F to help you and your tax preparer, and the lease reader explains what your lease says. Your tax preparer and attorney make the final calls.

Can you build something for my operation?

Yes. Private custom apps start at $49 a month with no setup fee, like herd records that work with your scale or tag reader, hay and feed inventory, or bookkeeping that syncs with your accounting software. See how custom apps work.
