How it works
Reads farm, pasture, grazing and hunting leases. Lists the rent and how it's figured, when it's due, the term and renewal, notice to end the lease, who pays for seed, fertilizer, fence and water, government payments, stocking limits and hunting rights, plus anything worth a closer look for your side. It reports what the lease says; it isn't legal advice.
