Common questions
What does it cost?
Each app shows its price before you run it: 25¢ for a load calculation or permit checklist, and 50¢ for a panel upgrade quote. New accounts get $10 in free credits. There are no monthly fees.
Which load calculation does it use?
The NEC 220.83 optional method for an existing dwelling: 3 VA per square foot, 1,500 VA per small appliance and laundry circuit, fixed appliances at nameplate, the first 8,000 VA at 100% and the rest at 40%, with heating and air conditioning at 100%. Check the code edition your inspector uses.
Is the math done by AI?
No. The AI reads your notes and writes the documents. Every price, payment and calculation is worked out by the app, so you can check it.
