How it works

For HVAC companies whose techs write notes nobody else can read. Paste the tech's notes from the service call (“no cool, cap failed 45/5, replaced, superheat 12, subcool 9, return 76 supply 57, coil dirty, recommend coil cleaning, unit 17 yrs old R-22”) and add a photo if you like. HVAC Service Report writes a clean, printable report with your business name for the homeowner: why they called, their system, what the tech found, every reading (pressures, superheat, subcooling, static pressure, amps, capacitor) laid out neatly, what was done, the parts used, and the recommendations sorted by priority (fix now, fix soon, keep an eye on it) with a plain reason for each. The app works out the temperature split across the coil from the return and supply readings. Every technical term gets a quick plain explanation, and nothing is invented. It builds trust and turns recommendations into booked work.
