How it works
For pressure washing companies signing storefronts, restaurants, drive-thrus, gas stations, dumpster pads and fleets. Type the services the way you'd say them (“storefront sidewalk and entry weekly at $65, dumpster pad monthly at $90, drive-thru lane every 3 months at $250”), the term and payment terms. Commercial Wash Agreement sorts out each service with what every visit covers, works out the monthly amount from the visits a month (weekly is 52 visits a year spread over 12 months) and the total for the term, and writes fair terms on water and power, weather, stains that may not fully come out, wastewater, damage reporting and 30 days notice to end it, plus your own terms and signature lines.
