How it works
For certified backflow testers who fill out a report for every assembly, every year. Pick the assembly type (reduced pressure zone, double check valve, pressure vacuum breaker or spill resistant vacuum breaker), enter the make, model, size, serial and location, the property, your certification and test gauge, and the readings in psid: check valve 1 and 2, the relief valve opening point, or the air inlet opening point. Plumbing Backflow Test works out pass or fail for each reading against common field test minimums and for the assembly as a whole, shows the next annual test date when it passes, and writes repair notes and a short note for the property owner. You get a clean, printable test report with your business name and a signature line. Your water purveyor's form and criteria govern, so file it the way they require.
