For dog breeders sending puppies home. Enter the litter's birth date, the go-home date, the breed and expected adult weight, the food the puppy is on, and what's already been done (“dewormed at 2, 4 and 6 weeks, first DHPP at 7 weeks, microchipped”). Puppy Go-Home Packet works out the puppy's age at go-home, the date to see a vet by, meals a day by age, and the usual shot and deworming timeline as real dates, marked to confirm with the vet. It writes a care sheet for the first days home, crate and house training, switching food, socializing and teething, warning signs to call the vet, and a welcome note from you. Print one for each family.
