Job Lead Finder searches the public web for recent posts from people near you who need your kind of work: Craigslist gigs, public Facebook and Nextdoor posts, Reddit and local forums, and landlords or property managers looking for a contractor. It also finds public bids and requests for proposals from your city, county, school districts and housing authority. Each lead shows what they need, where, how recent it is and how to reply, with a short, friendly reply already written using your business name and phone. For Facebook groups, Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor and Craigslist, you also get ready made searches for your trade and town that open in your own account, since those sites need you signed in. It only reads what's public, and if it doesn't find any leads you aren't charged. Run it every few days; new requests go fast.
