How it works
For lawn care and landscaping companies looking over a new or unhappy customer's yard. Take up to four photos (the yard, a close up of the grass, the problem spot, and a map screenshot if you want a size), and say what's wrong if the customer mentioned it (“grass keeps dying by the driveway”). Lawn Yard Check tells the grass type from the photo, points out weeds it can name, thin and bare spots, shade, drainage and beds, and sizes the mowable lawn as a range. For a problem, it lists the likely causes, most likely first, with a quick way to check each one on site and the fix, plus a plain explanation you can show the homeowner. Use it with the Mowing Bid, Treatment Program and Cleanup Quote to price the work.
