Vet & Owner Note writes a plain, kind message to the owner (what you found, what you did, what to do at home, and when to call the vet) and a short note for the vet in standard terms: what you found, what you did today, and what you'd like from them, like x-rays to guide the shoeing. It sticks to what you wrote, never diagnoses, and never suggests medicine.
